I thought those would be a lot of work, too.
And, yes, it is the little things that can make a good day for me.Lilinoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4055690688282230469.post-54268169204664203792023-02-08T17:19:51.894-08:002023-02-08T17:19:51.894-08:00Hi Kris,

Any large tote/tub type container (like a plastic tote for storing seasonal items) would work, too.Lilinoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4055690688282230469.post-35447113317406805012023-02-08T17:17:35.699-08:002023-02-08T17:17:35.699-08:00Hi Alice,

I hadn't heard of doing this with oven racks, but that's good to know.Lilinoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4055690688282230469.post-24313666921235012282023-02-08T15:21:06.456-08:002023-02-08T15:21:06.456-08:00I would be thrilled to find such clean racks witho...I would be thrilled to find such clean racks without scrubbing all day. I'm not sure that I would want to put them in my tub--we redid our tub/shower many years ago with one of those acrylic over-the-old-tub updates (like Bath Fitter) and I'd be concerned about the powder hurting the finish. I could try it in a garbage bag, like Alice mentioned, though. I heard the trick of putting the racks in a plastic leakproof bag and add amonia, seal the bag and wait several hours or overnight and then the racks should have the grime loosened enough to clean with a rag or sponge. That does work but I will try your method. Spring cleaning time!
AliceAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
