One of my biggest daily delights, is checking the "audience" page of stats for this blog. I love to see that people from all over the world have come for a visit. This is exciting to me, how small our world has become with the Internet.When I was a girl, I had a pen pal from Japan. My grandmother had met a family from Japan, that had a boy a few years older than me. She gave me his address, and he and I exchanged letters for several years. I looked forward to receiving mail from him, with great anticipation.
What I'd like to do now is to ask a favor of you. Could you please, just give your name (it can be just a first name, if you wish to remain mostly anonymous) and where you live? Just use the comment box below. This would be my chance to "meet" you, and I'm hoping as interesting to others to "meet" you, as well.

I know, I love looking at that too! I wish it showed the individual states, though, mine's just a blob of the entire USA. I'm reading from McGuire Air Force Base in NJ!

ReplyDeleteBryallen, from Cornwall, UK. Cornwall is great! It's the most south-westerly point of Britain, if you know the map. We are quite different from the rest of England though, more like the Welsh really, with our own culture and heritage. :)
